it says I dont have a subscription but I do and Im still being billed.

I have a subscription and have done for the last few years. For the last 2 months when I log in it doesn’t let me download anything because it says I dont have a subscription. but you’ve still been happily taking money out of my account for the last 2 months. I want to cancel the subscription but it because its saying I dont have one art won’t let me cancel.

Very frustrating. and frustrating that it seem this is the only way I get a hold of someone to fix this.
