Hello, I purchased the Diaco theme on Envato, but I can’t activate it through registration because it gives an “Envato API error” when trying to connect to the Smartdatasoft website. I have tried to contact Smartdatasoft, but to open a ticket, it requires a license code that doesn’t accept the license code provided by Envato. I don’t know how to resolve this issue, and it’s preventing me from updating the Slider Revolution plugin. Fortunately, the rest of the plugins are working correctly.

If you’re still having trouble, please make sure that the license code (which we call a “purchase code” around here) is formatted like this:

If the code you’re using looks different, check this article for help with finding the correct one.
If that doesn’t help, then you will need to connect with the author so they can investigate and see what’s going wrong. I recommend going to their profile page on ThemeForest and using the contact form on the right side. You may need to log in before you can see it.

now how much I try to record the product I no longer remain the error of the API, I can log in but return another error: Your Purchase Not Found. Maybe You Try With Different Account. Use The Account Which Were Used to Buy the Theme. Error Code 404. "
I downloaded the template through the Envato ELEMENTS subscription
i have log in with this account.
Purchase codes are only issued for purchases made directly on ThemeForest.net. Envato Elements does not provide support for items, and therefore, it is not possible to activate them. However, you will still be able to use the theme without activating it.

You’ll always have access to the latest features, fixes, and security updates. Simply re-download the item to get the most up-to-date files. You can find the updates change-log on the item’s description.
To update the Slider Revolution plugin on your own, you would need to purchase a license for it. That will give you a purchase code which can be used to activate the plugin and receive new updates directly from ThemePunch.
But right now, you don’t own a license for Slider Revolution because it was bundled with your theme – it’s the author of your theme who owns the license, so the only way you can get updates is if they provide them to you, which they generally are not required to do.
Even if the author did update the version of the plugin that they bundle, you wouldn’t get access to the automatic update systems that you’re trying to use above. Rather, you would need to completely reinstall the plugin using the latest files from Elements.
The author of your theme is @SmartDataSoft – you can contact them from their marketplace profile and ask them about it if you’d like.
