Hi i just bought a theme. When i try to activate it, it says Envato API Error, please try again later.

How can i solve this issue ?

This is not something that can be answered here. There is no official activation/license process from Envato - each author has their own implementation of it.

So you should promptly contact the author of the theme (there will be a “Support” tab near the top of the item page) and let them know their system is giving you this message.
