Trying to sign up for Elements and it keeps saying “There was an issue communicating with the server. Please check your network connection and refresh the page.”
i have reset all cookies and settings and still no luck.

Why is none posting the resolution, so others can be helped? This is a serious and time-sensitive issue for some of us. We cannot afford to wait 7 days for the answer from the Support Team.
