Payment is not working

Is anyone else having problemas with the payment? I know that the Envato money is not working anymore, but I tried with PayPal and also my debit card and it won’t allow me (I already checked my card balance and everything’s right), apparently the system is not working.

Same issue, I cannot subscribe to Envato Elements
