Is it possible to use the Pro plan of SUNOv4 to sell music?

Hi everyone,
AI service Suno has started creating music so good that it’s hard to tell it apart from tracks on AudioJungle.
I have a question: Can I use the Pro plan of SUNOv4 to sell music on AudioJungle? Suno says: “If you created the songs while subscribed, you still own them after canceling your subscription. You’ll also keep the commercial use license, so you can distribute the songs even after your subscription ends.”

Thanks for the fast answer. Just interested, how will moderators understand that this music was made with AI?

It can be detected.

If I buy a track on Audiojungle, how can I be sure it’s from the original author? Sometimes, after buying music, the track disappears from the author’s page. This can cause problems, like later getting restrictions on YouTube videos using this track. How can I avoid this?

Honestly, I really hope, that the reviewers are able to detect every single piece of this AI-made crap. Every author - if a musician or not - who thinks about selling “music”, which was created by an algorithm and soundwise trained with music from creative work from others, should be ashamed. It is the lowest thinkable and shameful end of creativity and shouldn’t be honored or paid in any way. I really hope, that for that case a reviewers ear isn’t trained enough to recognize AI music, that there will be an algorithm which recognizes music created by an algorithm.
There is no problem in my opinion, if someone creates AI music for a presentation or another private project. But selling “music” based on the work of others…no way.
And even if it wouldn’t be possible to distinguish AI music from a real creative work - there is a moral point…every author should think about it.

Don’t worry, you’ll know when your account gets blocked.

Don’t worry amigo, I’m not going to do it. Sales are so low that there’s no point in trying to do it on Envato. Even creating AI-generated music in just a few hours isn’t worth it. I was more interested in exploring the future of audio marketplaces, copyright issues, and how customers might use AI-generated music without purchasing tracks from platforms like Audiojungle, and without restrictions on YouTube or Tiktok and other services.

First of all, Suno trained their models (copied digital data) on pirated content. Second - if Envato accept generated music, the market will be filled with generated crap very fast, that can anyone generate for themselves. 3rd - Envato can generate tracks by themself, why they need an “authors” and share revenue ?

First you ask: “Can i sell ai generated music.” And after the replies you say “do not worry i wont do it”

That’s all i want to point out.

It seems like SUNOv4 allows commercial use of tracks created during your subscription, which would make it possible to sell them on platforms like AudioJungle. However, I’d recommend double-checking AudioJungle’s guidelines to ensure AI-generated music is accepted. Some platforms have restrictions on content not entirely created by the author. Always good to confirm to avoid potential issues!

It’s not allowed

Envato doesn’t allow this.

Besides that Suno doesn’t take responsibility for their generations which are based on illegally used recordings. They transfer responsibility to the subscriber so in case of copyright problems, their clients will have problems (just like the CID claims these tracks generate).
