Is it ok to use in youtube video?

Hi I just got the subscription I have a very simple question and I am looking for an answer in a simple way, I have just started a youtube channel and I want to use some Premiere Pro files and the audio files in my youtube videos, can I use these resources from envato website or is there any limitation? Actually I should ask this before getting the subscription, my mistake :expressionless:

You can check here about audio licenses, Elements (subscription) only cover Standard License.

does it mean that standard license elements or audio files are not allowed to use for youtube? Someone please explain this in simple words for a new user. I am a photographer i often makes vlogs and wanted to use some audio tracks and Premeir pro files in my vlogs and those vlogs will be uploaded on youtube.

You can absolutely use licensed AudioJungle music in your YouTube video.

If you are thinking about use it as a serie; A maximum of 52 episodes or editions within the series and be released within 1 year of the first installment.

ok thank you .

i will probably use them as background audio tracks only and each vlog may have different audio background tracksā€¦

what is not allowed? i mean in which way or scenario these audio files are not allowed for youtube vlogs?

No worries about Youtube, what you say you need it is ok for you.
You only need to know about Youtube is, if you want to use the same track for other projects you have to download for each one.
And the limitation about series i exposed.

The overall limitations with Standard license are;

  1. This is a ā€œsingle applicationā€ license for one Allowed Use, so you will need a separate license for each different Allowed Use.
  2. You canā€™t re-distribute the Item as a musical item, as stock, in a tool or template, or with source files. You canā€™t do this with an Item either on its own or bundled with other items (such as an audio compilation), and even if you modify the Item. You canā€™t re-distribute the Item as-is or with superficial modifications. These things are not allowed even if the re-distribution is for free.

Examples: You canā€™t modify a music track and distribute it on a music CD. You canā€™t add lyrics over the top of a music track and sell it as your own song on iTunes. You canā€™t use a music track in your internet radio service.

  1. You canā€™t use the Item in applications allowing an end user to customise a digital or physical product to their specific needs, such as ā€œon demandā€, ā€œmade to orderā€ and ā€œbuild it yourselfā€ applications. You may use the Item in these ways only if you purchase a separate license for each final product created using the Item.

Examples of this specific ā€œsingle applicationā€ requirement: Online video or animation rendering services, ā€œbuild your own websiteā€ services, photo slideshow creators, and e-card generators. You will need one license for each product created by a customer, or contact us to discuss.

  1. You must not permit an end user to extract the Item and use it separately from an End Product.
  2. You canā€™t claim trademark or service mark rights over the Item within an End Product.
