is envanto elements/Market same? I searched a theme which is not available on elements.

Themeforest: individual item purchases | lifetime updates (as long as the item remains for sale) | 6 months support
Envato Elements: subscription downloads | unlimited downloads (you must be subscribed when completing any project containing downloads i.e. you cannot stockpile for post subscription) | no guarantee of updates or support
Some items are on both marketplaces, some are exclusive
