Invalid Purchase Code

I bought LaraClassifier, and installed it. Site ran for a year or so, but then the server got hacked and the site destroyed. Host repaired the server, reinstalled Laravel, and I installed LaraClassifier.

Running the install it asked for the purchase code - which I provided, and it says “invalid purchase code”!
No replies from BeDigitCom on their support page, twitter page or CodeCanyon comments.
Can CodeCanyon/Envato “fix” it?
