Intro I paid for not working properly!! PLEASE HELP

I paid $25 for this intro then paid for Element 3D because I didn’t have it! I have contacted the seller but no help…
This is whats going on…

1. The render is only rendering out the glow part
   

   

2. It’s supposed to look like this but have the text “GR1MBLE” in the box…
   

   

I have tried fix holes it does nothing and they’re all check. Can someone please help me or render it out for me.
