I have just purchased Psychare - WordPress Theme for Psychologists & Life Coaches theme. I am now trying to upload it and i am getting ‘Incompatible Archive’ message. I downloaded the WordPress installable files and i am wandering what the issues is and why i am getting this message
WordPress has a bug with its last update for zip files created on the Mac os. The team are currently working on a fix. In the meantime, you can upload using the FTP method shown in this article:
