I would like an author to give me his opinion about the reason for the rejection of my item

Hi, I have recently developed a small platform with Laravel, it is simple but it covers a need that in Spain will be mandatory by law for all companies. I have also developed an application in Ionic 8 for employees and I wanted to upload it once the Laravel development was approved since it acts as a backend for the application.
The issue is that the application was rejected and I can’t upload it again. I would like that some of the more experienced authors can give me their opinion and some idea of the reason for the rejection.

It wouldn’t even be reviewed and just auto hard rejected if the demo is not in English

Also you need to consider the suitability of the item to a stock marketplace. Realistically if it’s a legal requirement then I cannot imagine that a stock marketplace selling a broad range of items at low prices, is where responsible businesses would be looking for a solution .v. purpose built technology.
