I was making a theme for adlinkfly. Can i get approval? Asking before making the theme because i ask someone and he says codecanyon will not approve the theme

if you want to use other plugins in your themes then you need the extended license and permission from the original author

given how simple (regardless of being high quality) the plugin is, a theme for it is what? Just a website design which includes a url shorter? I can’t see they being premium enough to be approved
