I was credit for the Envato Credit for itsems which has been discontinued from Envato markert.

Hi All,

I have been one of the oldest members since 2015 of the Envato marketplace. I have purchased several themes on ThemeForest, most of which are WordPress themes. Now when the day has come to use those themes (total number of items 3) it says that’s “This item has been temporarily removed from Envato Market”

I have to purchase new themes now I don’t want to waste money being new themes again, and the old themes have not been used till date ever. Can someone help me get the Envato credits so that I can purchase themes of the same amount from the marketplace?

The item may be removed by its author or Envato at any time. If those items are downloaded already, you cannot request refund.

To prevent the issues, just purchase the item before you start to use it.

They have never been downloaded, I would like to buy another theme of the same type. I need envato credits for the same so that I Can purchase or I can share the list of themes which I need to buy you go ahead and remove them from the list and populate the new once.

Its affecting my business and productivity. I paid for something which I have not used ever and I need an alternative for the same as this is not the way to do business.

As per Envato’s refund policy, if you have not downloaded a purchased item within 30 days of the purchase date, you may be eligible for a refund. To request a refund, use the following URL.
