can I renew today with a discount of 50% I want to renew the subcripition at elements.envato with Black Friday offert

Unfortunately the 50% discount is available only to new and returning subscribers. Current subscribers are not eligible for this unless your upgrading your existing plan eg.:
- a standard monthly to a sale yearly plan
- standard Individual or Student plan to a sale Teams plan

I tried to upgrade from monthly to annual with the 50% discount but it keeps telling me there is an issue and try later.
