What is it that you want a refund for? A theme? Hosting?

I removed the image as it has confidential info you don’t want in public.
I am not familiar with envato’s hosting offers but either way you have done the right thing by contacting support - they are the only people who can issue refunds but unfortunately you may need to be patient for them to reply.

imagine a hosting service with no cpanel/plesk and no SSH 
I am not familiar with their hosting so can’t really comment on that but you can open a general ticket here https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/requests/new (if you have already done this then don’t make a second one or it will slow things down) and they will come back to you ASAP
