Hi everyone. I recently purchased an icon bundle from Jackmotion and I really like it. Unfortunately I am unable to make the background transparent. I have tried all the things I can think of, but every time I think I have made the background transparent when I upload it to Storyline 360 it still shows the black background or whatever color I selected. There are not any hidden layers or locked layers. PLEASE help me out on this. I have tried everything and I am unable to find the solution to this problem.
