I need support from my purchase, but in website support https://support.smartdatasoft.com/ when i try insert the purchase code say, (Invalid Purchase Key), but is the correct purchase code, then, i can’t active my purchase theme and i can’t create a ticket together with the theme creator, what is done?

I assume you have downloaded the item from Elements that would require ThemeForest/CodeCanyon purchase code to be activated.

You cannot use Elements code to activate the item. You may need to purchase the item directly from Envato marketplace.

Apart from that, the item shouldn’t be available on Elements if it requires activation, you should contact Elements support to report the item

I don’t know, i purchase a theme in themeforest and not can activate and not have support with purchase code, i lost, what elements support, i buy in themeforest

You can let the theme author know about it by posting comments going through the Item Comments page.

Or send them a direct email going through the author profile page, there you will find a contact form.
