Envato purchase code is invalid

Hello to all, i have an issue when i try to activate the Theme Kasuari by Themes Awesome. I put the info and always get this error:

Envato purchase code is invalid, please contact support!

What i can do? Thanks in advance.

Hi @outcubus,

Please make sure there is no space when you will copy the purchase code.

Otherwise contact the author of your purchased theme, the author will assist you.

If it’s from Elements, you won’t be able to register the item as the purchase code should be from Marketplace ( ThemeForest / CodeCanyon )
