I made a purchase and they sent me a link to complete the order. When I open the link I get the message
404 - Nothing to see here

Finally I still can’t download what I bought, which was the Avanta template

I already did that on Sunday 3/11 but I still have no response and I am being delayed in my work because of it.

Any other suggestions or perhaps you can tell me how my case is going and when the problem will be resolved?

Only the Envato support team can investigate the issue you’re experiencing. Since you’ve already submitted a ticket, rest assured they will review it and respond. The response time may depend on the current number of tickets they’re handling.
