I made a mistake buying a plugin [Refund]

Hello.

I work with a web programmer who recommended me to buy a plugin, but I was wrong and bought another plugin. 10 minutes after buying the plugin I realized that I bought the wrong plugin, will I get my money back? I have opened a dispute and Envato has to review it and make a decision because the plugin owner has denied me a refund…

I hope to have a return from Envato, if not, I will never buy on this platform again.

If you are eligible to get a refund then Envato will give you refund. You have dispute now envato will investigate it and will take decision as necessary.
