I just paid for a theme didn't received it were told account was locked out

I just paid for a theme with my credit card and did not received it and did not received any email confirmation but was told that I was locked out of my account and asked me to contact team support and I’ve already submit the request so why does this happen and what can I do to purchase the theme?

this happen sometime when their system suspect a potential fraud they will fix it no worry once they will have verify
