Account locked ???

I just purchased a theme and downloaded it. Then it says I need the purchase code WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN INCLUDED IN THE EMAIL. I tried to log back in to get my code and the account is locked. I have submitted two tickets and have waited over 4 hours. For God’s sake, please unlock my account or refund my money!!!


I see you have some tickets open with the Support Team. They will be assisting you as soon as they can. Try not to reply to your own tickets until your receive a reply from Support as this could reset your ticket order in the queue.
