Account locking and unfair fee charging

My account, which I have been using since 2017, is a new one. It locked when purchasing a theme. I made a purchase again yesterday. I tried to buy the same theme with different accounts and it was withdrawn and locked in the newly opened accounts. Even though I wrote to support, I never got a response back. Can you help me? What can I do?
