Account got locked immediately after purchase and their support team doesn‘t want to refund


I purchased some themes in my account and immediately after payment I got locked out. Support told me that they are not re enabling my account, so I asked them for a refund.

Their only response from my request was telling me again that they are not re enabling the account.

I don‘t think its fair to lock an account and not refund me the money I paid for something I wasn‘t even able to use.

Please help me asap.
