The worst customer support iv’e ever seen. No response, anything. My account is Locked after purchase and there is no Live Chat or etc. I need to start working as fast as possible and they just do nothing. Dont give any information nothing, Why? How? When? Who? If you’re account is locked, meaning, there’s an issue with the payment or something else.
The refund has been probably proceed already but may take a while to see it on your bank account.
