I say if I delete the website from my hosting panel and reinstall it on the same domain and try to install the admin panel with the purchase code. So who is it somehow possible

I don’t know what to do I tried to contact author from all sides
3 days doesn’t sound very long especially given it’s been a weekend and most authors don’t reply then.

Author seems to reply to comments quite quickly / it does say that support can take 1 business day so weekends would not count.
I’d expect them to reply in the next day or two
