I have downloaded theme from Elements but can't setup

Hi,

I downloaded theme Photology from elements. I was trying to setup on my local wordpress installation, but could not do that.

Can you please help. I have tried other themes too and they also don’t work flawlessly.

I apologies for very vague in my reporting of issue.

Issue is that when I install it, I get ‘The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini.’ error.

Based on internet, even if I update .htaccess file with following values, I see error on the adding gallery on the page.

php_value post_max_size 256M
php_value memory_limit 512M
php_value max_input_time 180
php_value max_execution_time 180

This was happening with few other themes as well.

this type of issues should fix with hosting support. please contact your hosting support and request them to increase those values. Thanks
