At the moment it looks like the PSD is set up for the mockup, and not for easy print. You should have the PSD(s) set up in a way that it can be directly saved as a PDF or PNG, or even linked to Illustrator or InDesign, right now that’s not easy to do with the mockup being the primary file.
Make sure you have the correct amount of bleed, and that it’s also 300dpi. I see that it is already CMYK.
Personally I would use Illustrator instead of Photoshop to make this business card, because then you don’t have to worry about the 300dpi part, and you can easily export it with the print marks. It also allows you to see the real world size at 100% zoom.
It might even be worth choosing a pantone for the red to be sure it always prints the same, in case you haven’t already done that.
Got it, Thank you so much for your help
i agree with what u said as regard to the organization of file looking more difficult to edit than any other thing but not for the use of illustrator instead of photoshop (even if this can be done if he ever feels like doing it). There is no way already that u can see anything by eyes between two versions in the first place, but, in addition, people who work in a print service will tell u that a simple option in the exportation of the file to pdf is definitely getting rid of this fake issue. A business card is not meant to be a poster lol and a potential buyer really had to change the size to make a special size, the new versions of photoshop can keep the text as vector

i do not doubt what u are saying though , and this is not the issue if u ask me , the thing that i wanted to point is that some guys tend to believe that u cannot do any other way than theirs when this is not always true , i mentioned this in particular for guys who are die hard fans of indesign and very narrow minded , what is not your case, as for i could understand
