Received the same on August 1. I reached that milestone long time ago, and it shouldn’t come now. After that I received email notification about failed payment, which I was to receive last month, related to July earnings. A couple of us contacted support about July earnings, because neither we received earnings nor email notification about failed payment reached us, so probably they are now fixing notification system to see why that email didn’t go, and therefore these strange notifications coming after some sort of notification system “hard reset”.
