I don’t know why this got a hard rejection, i think everything is readable and the colors are well combined.

Even if your product is well done Envato sometimes may expect you to come with something more creative. With some improvements your work will most probably be approved for sale!

Unfortunately I’m not very good at graphic design. That’s why I’ll let others answer you with various opinions about the design.
Your work surely has a good potential but you may need to come with a creative header or an unique style of showing the text or something else you could also find interesting.
