I uploaded an item yesterday its shows that your item in que but when I login today its nothing showing any where in Graphic River and also I didn’t receive any email regarding rejection or approval.
Kindly assist me about this.
hi pls check the spam folder , this is almost sure that u have received a hard rejection notification that ended up there, unfortunately … otherwise u would have seen the item being added to your portfolio …
when I upload an item I received this email and completed to fill tax information.
but my item is not showing anywhere.
this means u are new, right? if so, u have to fulfill the information in your setting section … but I am not sure that this is related to the fact that u cannot see the item , however , if u just joined, I assume that they may ask to check your identity once u are posting your very first item and maybe they do not display the item until u do …

I am confused because before submitting tax information. My item showing in que but after submitting its disappeared.

If you didn’t receive the Item review notification email (you should to check spam/junk as well), then check your email settings (Settings => Email Settings) in Envato market Dashboard Settings, is there a check mark for Item review notifications.
Sometimes email can go in spam, so need to check inbox, spam, junk as well.

You will not receive already reviewed item notification email but for your all next submit you will receive notification email.

If hard rejected, this means that the Quality team has determined that the item is not suitable for sale on Envato. This can be for a number of reasons but generally, it means that the item is not at the quality level required or it has breached legal content guidelines.
Given the volume of content Envato receive, Envato teams are not able to provide specific feedback on Hard Rejections.

hi the fact of the matter is that this could be a rather nice logo for custom purposes but this is not fitting the marketplace much, especially here , as they are considering the logo in small size and that your item turns out to be quite detailed … details in small size are simply being crushed and open the door to something bulky. Pls look at the preview that u eve us without clicking on it, u will realize it … In addition the typo is sort of clean but also rather flat and lacking relief globally, in my view, while here typo is main focus no matter what is the category that u belong to … pls also beware of the choice of colors for your previews, the one on white background does not pop out much to say the least and the contrast is not high enough for the name , which not only alters the hierarchy but also makes the name rather hard to read , too
