I can't update slider Revolution

Hello Together,

I bought a bundle of Impreza included the plug in Slider Revolution.
I updated the php, Wordpress an the theme.

But now revolution sliders doesn’t work at all and can’t be updated because I don’t have the license code. I just have the license code of Impreza.

so What can I do?

I just updated and it removed itself. We also purchased a package.

Disturbing.
