I used the music on Youtube and bought the music on Audio Jungle and have a license. But I got a copyright report from Youtube, and I sent the license to Youtube, but there’s no response.
Can’t you help me in the audio jungle? I’ve been doing this for a month now. It’s so frustrating.

Maybe the track is protected by CID Services. Please contact the origin AJ author of your purchased track to get our youtube video whitlisted.

Hey,
the vast majority of authors will deliver support as mentioned in their items description. May be it happens for private or job reasons etc., that an author is not responding to you.
Here a help text in case you become claimed:
"Please dont remove your video and click on Facebook/Instagram on „Restore Audio“. In case of Youtube click „I have a license or written permission from the proper rights holder to use this material“ and put the track downloadlink into the comments.
"
