I can't buy Avada Theme

I am trying to buy the Avada theme but when I click to purchase, the entire screen is blank.

That is where I was before. Didn’t work. Still doesn’t. I tried two different browsers and still same issue.

What happens when you press the grey “Buy Now” button at the right-hand side? I just tested it on Chrome and it works pretty well.

Can you please describe what’s happening when you click the buy button? Why is the system not allowing you to process the payment? I also strongly suggest you open a Help Ticket with Envato to check and see if you’re account isn’t having some issues that are preventing you from making the purchase.
