I cannot change default withdrawal account

I changed the default withdrawal account Graphicriver from Skrill to Payoneer last month with no success and i try again yesterday still no success.

i just got notice
"We’re currently waiting on confirmation for Payoneer of your account being set up. This can take up to 24 hours. If you haven’t received an email in that time, contact support."

Please help me how to change default withdrawal account to Payoneer? I did in envanto element with no problem
