It is an opencart theme. It alwasy loops back to filling the details of the items.

Try clearing your cache or changing browser but it sounds like something might be missing

The ātheme previewā issues above relate to:
ZIP file of images (png/jpg) (sounds like you didnāt zip these??)
The first image appears on the Item Page and Search Results and must be 590x300 pixels and named 01_.jpg .
You can include additional images which show off your item. Additional images must be named in the order that you want them to appear, for example, 02_.jpg, 03_.jpg, 04_.jpg .
These images can be a maximum of 900x900 pixels, and may be cropped when displayed on the search results page to the same aspect ratio as the main preview image. Images must be JPGs or PNGs .
You also need a link to a working demo of the theme to go in the āDemo URLā field further down the submission

Hi, it will be very easy fix if you make a .zip (example: large_preview.zip ) only your item preview image ( 590x300 pixels example name: large_preview.png) and upload that .zip (large_preview.zip )

finally i got it uploaded; Thanks mgcoder.
To make it clear for the purpose of new comers. what i did is.
zip the first picture. only thumbnail pic is not zip.
My next question here how long does it take to approve? my uploaded file was there 2 days ago already.

No one can guarantee that uploaded item will approve. approve item depends on item quality.
Actually impossible to say as there is no guaranteed review time, but your item should be reviewed as soon as possible. You can often refer to the average review times at the link below as a guideline, but these are just averages and the actual review time could be few days shorter or longer than those listed:

I can imagine that its really frustrating. Please check my public profile and products too. The way i have uploaded all of my product demos onto a dev server you please do it from your side too.
We got rejectedā¦ We do not know the reason behindā¦ we pointed to a lots of links articles referred BUT not a single reason what is the reason of rejection.
Please check your author dashboard and look up the rejection reason as stated by the other reviewer.
Please pay close attention to all the details and even though you have submitted the item donāt consider it that it wonāt be rejected.
Envato reviewers have no grudge or issue with you or with any of your items. They simply just do it to make this platform a great place for buyers so that anyone who purchases a product getās quality work and bug free product.
