i bought a theme twice because website did not respond

Hi, because the themeforest website did not respond
i bought a theme twice…

first purchase the cart did not respond and i did not get any email from paypal or themeforest for 10minutes
so i guest there must be a problem.

Than i tryed it again and now a have bought the theme twice. and have two payments…
how can reverse the purchase…
i already wrote a mail to help@market.envato.com (its the paypal adress) but no response until now

Hey there. That’s strange to hear! You can request a refund going to The Refund Request Tab. Select the reason it was a mistaken purchase and explain the situation. Your ticket will be processed directly by the author! In case the author rejects your request you can always open a dispute or open a ticket at Envato Help & Support Center. Cheers! :slight_smile:
