I bought a broken theme. Support is not responding. How to get my money back?

Hi. I bought a theme Hamon - Ajax Photography WordPress Theme by rascals | ThemeForest, in which some of the pages do not work. Support is not responding. I can neither get my money back nor get a correctly working version. Are there ways to influence unscrupulous suppliers?

Firstly this theme was last updated in 2021 - the author is marked as “Elite” so perhaps they have simply missed seeing your request for help?
