I have already 33 credits in my themeforest account which I want to use for my envato elements plus subscription but I am not able to sign in using my email (removed) but i can sign in through google in themeforest, and if trying to create account using same email then says already associated gmail account but when try to login says, can’t login. please help with envato elements purchase through my gmail
Not sure about the login issues but you cannot use Themeforest credit to pay for a subscription on elements.
