HTML Template Hard Rejected

Hello Envato Community,
My HTML Template was hard rejected and here is the message from the reviewer :

Thank you for your submission. We have completed our review of “Amira - Material Design One Page vCard” and unfortunately we found it isn’t at the quality standard required to move forward, and you won’t be able to re-submit this item again.

Here is the comment from your Envato Quality team reviewer:

DESIGN QUALITY: Your item does not provide the necessary design quality to compete in the marketplace at this time. As higher quality designs become available in the marketplace, approval requirements will increase to maintain appropriate marketplace quality.

Hi!
Good job! But the main color is very heavy. It makes your template hard to percept. It would be better if you make it lighter. And I think that borders on photos aren’t necessary.
