sometimes I see a template that has designer by (the name of the PSD designer), developed by the developer, and when I search for it I find the original PSD, so how they did that, I mean i wanna do it and i don’t know in what legal way, should I buy extended license should I talk to the PSD owner and share my earnings with him or should I pay him another different price?? I’m confused as u see.
You have to get an extended license but more importantly you need an agreement (out right fee, % of sales etc.) with the original author (who needs to submit a ticket to grant permission)
