I have sent my product for review for After effects it all went good
but I went to upload direct video files of my product in motion graphics it is not taking Html Description i need to Upload Html Description when i seen other products they have Html Description But When I went To Upload There Is no Support For Html Description There Is Only Option For Description Not Html Description Like Others
Please Help Me…

You can use online tools like https://wordhtml.com/ to generate HTML descriptions. Simply enter the contents in the “Word” tab and then click on the “HTML” tab to view the HTML code.

Bro not that i already made html and i uploaded in after effects category
but when i went to upload in motion graphics catogery it is not taking. it is taking text only html is not supporting

When uploading to the Motion Graphics category, you cannot use HTML in the description. Instead, you must use plain text. However, once the item is approved, you can edit the description and include HTML.

In HTML, the img tag is self-closing.
For XHTML compatibility, always add a / at the end of self-closing tags.
Example:
<img src="image.jpg" alt="Description of the image" />
If it doesn’t work, wait for approval. Once approved, you can proceed to edit the description.

Bro, Try reaching out to their support team to clarify the issue or see if they can enable the HTML description option for you.
