How to unlock account after plugin purchased?

My account just bocked after purchase. I need the purchased item. I have to complete the task for my client. I explained the team by opening a ticket that my client bought this from his Paypal account. He is from the UK. I logined in the account in Pakistan to download the resources. I can understand it could create a security issue. I’m in dire need. Anyone help me please. It’s urgent

Only a Support will be able to fix this - the person buying it probably had to confirm the purchase once it was made and sharing access to accounts is not allowed so unless it was your account (regardless of the payment method) that would also set off security risks.

Sending multiple tickets slows the process - best to wait once you’ve contacted them. They will reply asap

Very unprofessional team, look like Bot just sending the same email. I don’t think their is any team because they are not resolving even listening my issue. I explained them in detail. They send only 1 message in a day. Not focusing on what my problem is, just saying we can’t do this, again & again.

When the account is blocked, the payment has automatically cancelled and the refund process already completed. It may take 2-3 weeks to see the amount on your account ( depending on the payment method ) but due to Envato policy, they are not entitled to provide details - it usually happens with the black list credit cards/countries.

This is a security breech for almost all of the “digital” companies and it’s normal. According to the Envato terms, you’re not allowed to share your login details with someone else and it’s a reason why you’re blocked.
