Request to Unlock My CodeCanyon Account

While I am able to log in to my account (username: shinejustin7, email: (removed), I am unable to access any content or make any purchases. Upon clicking on any section, I receive a message stating that my account is locked and that I need to contact support.

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? I rely on my account for managing my purchases and accessing resources, and I would greatly appreciate your help in unlocking it at the earliest convenience.

Over the past five days, I have repeatedly submitted tickets, provided detailed descriptions, and attached screenshots of the issue. However, your responses consistently state that there is no problem with my account. This is simply not true, as I continue to face the same problem.

After exhausting all avenues and receiving no meaningful assistance, I am now posting here to escalate this matter for immediate resolution. This negligence is severely impacting my ability to use the services I rely on.

Please treat this matter with urgency, investigate my account thoroughly, and provide a concrete resolution.

Don’t create multiple tickets and use one of them instead for the updates. Creating multiple tickets won’t solve the issue ( quickly ) as it’d cause more delay.

As well as again, there’s no one here to help you, you need to solve it with the support.

I am facing a similar reluctance, I have opened tickets and sent them more than 8 times since yesterday. How can my account be locked immediately after I purchase a theme? If my account has issues why not lock it and don’t allow me access at all. Now I have been stuck and can’t go ahead to handle client projects. This is unfair and bad customer service,

I did that already no reply and even replies doesn’t solve the issue been 5 to 6 time reply

Support is slow at Envato and may take 4-7 working days.
