i have html file and how can i show on preview html in theme forest.

You just share your demo link to the working version of the site as part of the upload process

Is there any option to upload my HTML bcoz I don’t h domain to upload.

You have to have hosting etc to submit items

There are free ones although these are not advisable due to downtime, speed and security
