How to make item preview on Themeforest?

I am about to upload my first item on Themeforest. And I don’t really know how this process looks. I guess it is something like a little website. So I don’t want to upload my item before the preview files be made. I would be grateful if someone explain it in the form of few simple steps.

You have to host a working demo somewhere - envato don’t do this for you but it is a requriement
