I have created my first product in codecanyon. I have received some soft rejections and in the very last soft rejection I have got this message: - Please make sure your screenshot's resolution is complying with the following standards, we've detected incorrect resolutions in some of the images (these images are shown to the customers after clicking the 'screenshots' button below the main preview image). Portrait: from 700px to 900px high. Landscape: a minimum resolution of 1280px x 720px (width x height) and an aspect ratio of 16:9 is required.
So I have prepared new screenshots, but my item is not editable! With this message:
‘This item is not currently editable’.
Anyone has any idea how I can handle it?

already hard rejected Item again resubmit (without significant changes) not acceptable by envato. You may re-submit once you have done significant changes and can be considered as a completely new item that is entirely distinguishable from the first upload (your rejected item). So that it look and feel as like a totally new Item with more premium features and functionality.
Can I Resubmit A Hard Rejected Item?
- If your item has been Hard Rejected , you cannot re-submit the item.
- Attempting to resubmit your rejected item(s) is considered an unacceptable use of Envato Market and may result in revoked upload rights .
- You must create a brand new item and ensure it is entirely distinguishable from your rejected item.
