My website (esq-law.com/awards) theme Keynote requires update to its Goodlayers plugins but I couldn’t figure it out yet because I needed to provide Envato purchase code to verify my purchase of the Keynote theme.
Unfortunately, the web developer could neither remember the email nor password he used to purchase it, yet we need the purchase code for Goodlayers to be able to help with the update as soon as possible.
Kindly help me with this, dear team.
How do I get the purchase code having loss access to the email… Kindly help.
