how to fix fatal error when upgrading new version of theme

Hello,

I got following error when I try to upgrade deasil theme version 2.1o to 3

Error 1.
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare deasil_menu_cart() (previously declared

in /home/egtou/public_html/wp-content/themes/deasil/mega-menu/cart-menu.php:3)

in /home/egtou/public_html/wp-content/plugins/deasil-core/mega-menu/cart-menu.php
